Doklo is built and operated by MAYP. There is one address, and the people who build the product are the ones reading it.

1.What we can help with
- Signing in, account access, and connecting or disconnecting a GitHub repository.
- Credits, plans, invoices and refunds.
- Published pages and hosted MCP access.
- Privacy requests — a copy of your data, correction, export or deletion. See the Privacy Policy for what we hold.
- Security reports.
- Press, partnerships and anything else.
2.Billing and receipts
Subscriptions are sold by Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Your receipt email links to the Paddle customer portal, where you can download invoices, change the payment method and cancel. Refund terms are on the Refund Policy page — write to us with your Paddle order identifier and we will handle it from there.
3.Reporting a security issue
Send it to hello@doklo.io rather than opening a public issue. Tell us what you found and how to reproduce it. We acknowledge within 2 business days, keep you posted while we fix it, and we will not pursue anyone who reports in good faith without breaking or exfiltrating other people's data.
4.The company
MAYP builds Doklo — an engine that reads a codebase and turns it into product documents people can read, review and hand over. We are based in the Republic of Korea. There is no support queue behind a call centre here: your email reaches the team that writes the code.
